Tiff took a call from a woman who wanted to confirm her appointment with my boss. I looked in his schedule and saw the woman's name and the notation, "Newark," which is a city about 45 minutes from our office. I read it aloud.

Tiff asked, "What does that mean?"

I told her that was what he'd written in the book.

Tiff reconnected to the call and asked, "Do you also go by the name 'Newark'?"
