Who am I?
They may have finally let Tiffy go, but her spirit lives on.
I answered the phone the other day and someone asked for my boss. He wasn't available, so she asked if I was his wife. (Nevermind that I always clearly answer the telephone with a professional greeting and the name of the business.) I patiently told her that no, I am not his wife. This is a business. She replied, "Oh, I'm sorry. I'll call back later." Did she think he might propose to me between her calls? Perhaps the business would be out of business by afternoon? Hmmm. Maybe I should start looking at china patterns just in case.
