Is this coffee de-hyphenated?

I was trying to look at one of my online accounts and was having trouble. The web site told me my account number was invalid although I copied it directly from my statement - twice. I called customer service for help.
The representative asked me for my e-mail address. The domain name is hyphenated and I gave him the first part, said, "hyphen" and then the second part and dotcom. I thought the pause meant he was entering the information but he finally said, "I'm sorry ma'am, but I don't remember what a hyphen looks like."
